Week 15 Thursday Night Football Arizona Cardinals (10-3) at St. Louis Rams (6-7) preview and prediction

NFL fans, we’re down to the final three weeks of the NFL regular season, and the first game of Week 15 is a doozie. Both the Rams and Cardinals are stout defensive teams. However, the Rams are out of playoff contention, while the Cardinals are still holding the top spot in the NFC. This is a must-win for them, like every game, and they play a team that has shut out its last two opponents, to the tune of 76-0.

The Cardinals have no Carson Palmer, no Andre Ellington, and a hampered Larry Fitzgerald. While I believe they are the better team, and they are much better than the two teams the Rams just shut down, I do not see them putting forth enough offense to win the game.

This will be a low-scoring slugfest, with the home team edging out the top team. My head says Arizona, but part of my head, and my heart, says St. Louis. Prediction: Cardinals 17, Rams 21.
